The handicapped accessible king bed room was large and had a leather love seat as well as a table and two comfortable chairs seating area. The bed was very comfortable. The AC unit was fairly quiet and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The hot breakfast was OK, but the scrambled eggs were not that great.
The property was clean, the room was spacious. I was able to sleep very well. It was ideal yo cross the border the next day.

Ivy's was a nice 1 night stay on our travels. Clean, very friendly staff! Huge room, lots of space and wonderful breakfast!
